                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER INTO 
                  A CONTRACT WITH ALEXANDER ARCHAEOLOGICAL 
                  CONSULTANTS, RELATIVE TO ARCHAEOLOGICAL 
                  SERVICES ON CONTRACT NOS. 40E-2 AND 40E-4, 
                  STUART HEIGHTS PARALLEL FORCE MAIN II AND IV, 
                  FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FOUR THOUSAND, NINE 
                  HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,900.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract with Alexander Archaeological Consultants, relative to 
       archaeological services on Contract Nos. 40E-2 and 40E-4, Stuart 
       Heights Parallel Force Main II and IV, for a consideration of 
       $4,900.00.
